Job summary

Celestica seeks a Senior Quality Manager focused on New Production Introduction (NPI) to guide quality strategy across global sites. You will design and deploy QMS processes, oversee DFx reviews, and lead launch readiness with a strong emphasis on regulatory compliance and customer satisfaction.

You will analyze scorecards and audits to identify gaps, drive improvements, and ensure robust quality systems, ensuring a smooth transition from design to mass production.

Qualifications

• Experience defining and deploying QMS processes to meet global standards and customer requirements.
• Deep proficiency in NPI quality planning and process tooling.
• Knowledge of ISO 13485 and 21 CFR 820 (QMSR).

Responsibilities

• Lead quality strategy and deployment for new product introductions.
• Drive DFx reviews and validation readiness (IQ/OQ/PQ).
• Manage launch readiness, metrics, and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and conformance to certifications (ISO 13485, ANSI/ESD).
• Monitor performance and communicate action plans to stakeholders.
