The Role / Opportunity

The Senior Quality Assurance Manager (Red Meat) will be responsible to ensure full site compliance to the company Quality and Food Safety Policy, Divisional Quality Management System and achievement of the Divisional Business and Quality Objectives by managing all quality related processes, personnel, and resources.

The role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

To be successful in this role, the candidate must have the following :

• Bachelor’s degree in Food / Veterinary Science related discipline with good knowledge of microbiology and chemistry
• At least 10 years of overall experience with at least 5 years of managerial / supervisory position
• Food law experience and food laboratory analysis management
• Good knowledge of meat rendering process
• Excellent technical knowledge of food manufacturing especially red meat industry
