Who is Aidium?
At Aidium, we are on a mission to bring modern technology solutions to the antiquated Mortgage industry. We are building software tools to empower high-performing loan officers to manage customer relationships and automate their daily work.

Founded in 2019 and bringing our first beta to market in 2020, Aidium is continuing to remove the complexity of the archaic mortgage tech stack to unlock top-line expansion. Set up as a remote company, our tech team is distributed across the US and Europe. We are all makers at heart, working as generalists to solve new challenges together.

Reporting to the QA Lead, the Senior QA Specialist will be responsible for developing and supporting the planning, design, and execution of test plans, scripts, and process plans. They will contribute to developing and enhancing automation frameworks and tools to improve test coverage and efficiency. They will ensure that the product meets specification requirements, is fully functional, and is user-friendly.

This is a remote role open to candidates based anywhere in Europe.

What you'll do

1. Design and document test plans and test cases for features and user journeys.
2. Spearhead QA presentations & demos to the broader business.
3. Contribute to the QA tool stack, maintaining suites for all functional & non-functional testing.
4. Monitor Sentry for logged issues, attempt to recreate, and then create tickets on GitHub.
5. Represent QA from the early stages of ticket creation, ensuring that acceptance criteria meet ticket standards.
6. Document quality assurance activities for reporting.
7. Investigate and test customer issue reports.
8. Perform manual and automated testing of Aidium’s apps and APIs.
9. Conduct root cause analysis for bugs and issues, identifying gaps in test coverage or opportunities for improvement.
