INTEC Energy Solutions seeks an experienced QA / QC Project Lead to join our international project delivery team. You will drive quality across utility-scale Solar PV and BESS projects, coordinating with clients, subcontractors and engineering teams.

The role requires leadership, extensive QA/QC expertise and travel to project sites. A Bachelor’s degree in engineering and 8+ years of experience in renewable energy QA/QC are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Civil, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of QA/QC experience on utility-scale renewable energy projects.
• Proven experience with Solar PV and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).
• Strong knowledge of EPC project execution and international quality standards.
• Experience with ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems and IEC standards.
• Experience managing subcontractor quality performance and supplier inspections.
• Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English; travel internationally when required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead all QA and QC activities across the project lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain PQMP, ITPs, quality procedures and checklists.
• Ensure compliance with contract specs, company procedures and standards.
• Manage quality inspections for civil, mechanical, electrical and commissioning works.
• Coordinate inspections with clients, Owner's Engineers, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Review and approve MS, IRs, MIRs and quality documentation.
• Monitor construction quality and action NCRs and CAPAs.
• Conduct internal quality audits and support external audits.
• Lead root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain complete quality records and handover documentation.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Construction, Engineering, HSE, Procurement and Commissioning.
• Mentor site QA/QC engineers and inspectors.
• Support project close-out, punch list and final acceptance.
