TEICON Engineering GmbH in Spain's Catalonia region seeks a Mechanical Engineer to lead pressure testing on a major international project. You will prepare and verify Pressure Test Packages, review ITPs and ensure tests meet required criteria for piping systems and equipment.

Role requires 5+ years in pressure testing and QA/QC on EPC projects, with strong documentation skills and a safety‑conscious approach. 28 Feb 2027 project end with potential extension.

Formación

• Five+ years in pressure testing, piping inspection or mechanical QA/QC on industrial projects.
• Proven experience in preparing and compiling Pressure Test Packages (PTC/PTP).
• Familiarity with piping materials, welding docs and inspection records.
• Ability to read P&IDs, isometrics and test limits.
• Knowledge of applicable project specs and procedures (ASME B31.3).
• Structured, independent and safety-conscious working approach.

Responsabilidades

• Review test procedures, ITPs, specs and quality docs prior to testing.
• Prepare, compile and verify PTC/PTP with test limits and boundaries.
• Verify line walks, punch points and readiness of piping for testing.
• Witness and monitor hydrostatic, pneumatic, leak and strength tests.
• Ensure test pressures, holding times and acceptance criteria are met.
• Coordinate testing with Construction, QA/QC, Commissioning and client reps.
• Document test records, certificates and NCRs as required.
• Assist with system turnover and handover to next phase.
