TEICON Engineering GmbH is seeking an experienced piping and welding inspection specialist to support a major international industrial construction project in Spain. You will verify materials, inspect welds, coordinate NDT, and ensure compliance with ASME B31.3, project ITPs and client requirements.

The role requires at least five years in welding and piping inspection, with a strong focus on quality control and documentation.

Formación

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or a comparable technical discipline.
• At least five years of professional experience in welding and piping inspection within EPC, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Refinery, LNG, Power Plant or Pipeline projects.

Responsabilidades

• Verify piping materials against approved drawings, material specifications and MTCs.
• Ensure material identification and traceability during fabrication and installation.
• Inspect pipe fit-up, alignment, joint preparation, flange orientation and dimensional tolerances.
• Verify pipe routing, slopes, clearances and correct installation of piping supports.
• Perform inspections during fabrication, erection and installation activities and monitor compliance with specifications.
