Overview

We are hiring on behalf of a leading technology client for a Senior QA Manager to drive quality assurance across cutting-edge embedded products.

This is a key leadership role where you’ll shape QA strategy, build strong automation practices, and lead a team ensuring robust validation from pre-silicon through to product release.

What You’ll Do

• Define and implement QA strategies, test automation, and validation frameworks for embedded and application-level software.
• Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, supporting growth, performance, and technical expertise.
• Partner closely with development, hardware, and product teams to embed quality throughout the lifecycle.
• Manage test coverage across integration, regression, and system-level testing, integrated within CI / CD environments.
• Oversee the setup and maintenance of test labs to support automated and manual testing.
• Guide root cause analysis and ensure timely issue resolution.
• Drive QA processes during pre-silicon and post-silicon stages, including silicon bring-up and validation.
• Continuously enhance QA processes, tools, and best practices.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics / Telecommunications, or related field.
• 10+ years in software QA or embedded systems testing.
• 5+ years in a leadership or management role.
• Proven experience building and scaling QA teams.
• Strong background in QA methodologies, automation, and test strategy.
• Proficiency in Python or scripting languages for automation.
• Experience with QA frameworks and CI / CD (e.G., PyTest, Robot Framework, Jenkins).
• Knowledge of embedded systems, device drivers, and hardware interfaces (I2C, SPI, UART).
• Familiarity with RTOS environments and multi-core systems.
• Bonus: background in telecom, wireless, or communication protocols.
• Excellent debugging, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Strong English communication skills;
• Experience working in Agile / Scrum teams.
