Apple seeks an experienced QA Engineer to join the internal tools QA team to test and automate workflows used to deliver streaming content in the TV App. You will work on automated and manual testing for live streaming video tools across Apple TV and related platforms.

The role requires proactive, detail-oriented problem solving and collaboration with developers, EPMs and QA engineers. You will contribute to test plans, automation strategies and triage defects within an Agile environment in

• Extensive automated web UI testing with Selenium and Playwright.
• API functional testing and automated test development.
• Programming in Python and TypeScript; UNIX-based debugging and automation.
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Responsabilidades

• Build on existing UI and BE automation for internal video tools with a focus on live streaming platform and sports tools.
• Write and execute manual and automated tests for Apple TV internal sports and live streaming video tools.
• Analyze test results, troubleshoot, and triage issues with multiple teams.
• Create and maintain comprehensive test plans for web-based apps.
• Collaborate with developers, EPMs & QA engineers to design test automation and assess defects.
• Manage evolving backlog of automation needs and plan test cycles by priorities.
• Coordinate test plans, track progress and report results.
• Advocate software testing best practices and influence design decisions.
