Revvity is seeking a talented Senior QA Engineer – Hybrid. Our Informatics R&D center in Granada is a core site focusing on Visual Analytics, Data Science, and Bioinformatics. We develop software and solutions to help scientists make breakthrough discoveries for a healthier world.

This role can be based at our offices in Armilla (Granada), Tres Cantos (Madrid), or remotely in Spain.

Role Purpose

1. Participate as a member of the scrum team, including planning, estimating, and verifying user stories and acceptance criteria.
2. Perform guided and exploratory manual test executions following established processes.
3. Assist in analysis, design, writing, executing, and automating test cases for functional and/or performance testing within the assigned domain.
4. Develop strong expertise in the assigned domain area.
5. Communicate status, metrics, and issues regularly.
6. Understand and comply with Informatics practices.
7. Create high-quality test summary reports.
8. Become a user expert on our products, understanding strengths and weaknesses, and championing customer issues to ensure positive experiences.

Required Skills

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and/or Science-related field.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience with automation tools like Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
3. 5+ years of experience qualifying high-volume, scalable enterprise software.
4. Experience working in an agile/scrum environment.
5. Proficiency with Windows/Linux operating systems.
6. Understanding of QA lifecycle, methodologies, and best practices.
7. Knowledge of test case management and bug tracking systems such as Jira, Zephyr.
8. Experience with databases and data platforms.
9. Experience developing API test frameworks.
10. Proven ability to transform manual test cases into automated ones.
11. Experience in test documentation, defect analysis, tracking, and reporting.
12. Knowledge of BDD, Java, and Typescript is a plus.
13. Experience in the Chemistry/Biologics space is desirable.
14. Proficient in English, both written and verbal, with good communication skills for meetings, conference calls, and documentation.
