What You'll Be Doing :

Designing, implementing, and managing automated test solutions across web applications, microservices, and native apps, ensuring comprehensive test coverage, including UI, API, and integration testing.Establishing and maintaining test frameworks that integrate seamlessly into the CI / CD pipeline, defining critical business scenarios and automating them for robust quality assurance.Owning the release validation process, ensuring every deployment is thoroughly tested, risks are mitigated, and issues are reported promptly.Collaborating closely with development teams to analyze issues, improve test coverage, and drive continuous improvement.Ensuring automated tests run efficiently in the continuous integration environment, contributing to a fast, stable, and reliable release process.Taking ownership of test automation codebases, ensuring high standards, scalability, and maintainability.

What We're Looking For :

At least five years of experience in Quality Assurance, with a strong focus on test automation and release processes.Strong programming skills in functional or object-oriented languages.Deep understanding of QA processes and experience defining test strategies from scratch.Hands-on expertise with test automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.Experience working with CI / CD pipelines and integrating automated tests into the deployment process.Demonstrated experience in implementing data-driven approaches for test execution monitoring, including setting up observability tools, tracking test behavior over time, and leveraging data insights for decision-making.Shift-left testing mindset, emphasizing early defect detection and automation.Experience using Xray or similar test management tools.

Bonus Points For :

ISTQB certification.Experience with BDD (Behavior-Driven Development).Knowledge of Ruby or JavaScript.Experience in backend testing, including API, unit, and database testing, and in testing RESTful services using tools like Postman or SoapUI.Experience with non-functional testing.
