INFINNI in Tenerife, Spain is seeking an experienced QA Engineer to ensure the reliability, security, performance, and usability of our international CRM system that supports global operations.

You will develop test strategies, automate tests with Cypress, Selenium and Playwright, work across product and development teams, and help drive quality across multilingual GDPR-compliant processes in a fast-growing SaaS environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5 years of software testing experience, with a track record of independently implemented medium-sized automation frameworks/tools.
• Proficient in automation testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Cypress, Selenium, Playwright); familiar with at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript).
• Hands-on experience with Linux operating systems, relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and SQL queries.
• Good communication and coordination skills, and the ability to efficiently promote cross-team collaboration.
• Strong sense of ownership, excellent problem-solving skills, fast learning ability, and the ability to work independently in a complex global environment.

Responsabilidades

• Cross-Team & Cross-Region Collaboration: work with product, development and local teams to align test activities and resolve cross-region issues.
• Test Planning & Strategy: develop test strategies, plans and cases for functional, automation, performance, security and usability testing.
• Defect & Quality Assurance: track issues through lifecycle and report progress and risks to stakeholders.
• Automation Testing: design and build automation frameworks and tests to improve efficiency.
• Process Improvement: optimize test processes and adopt best practices.
• Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: write clear test documents and share testing knowledge within the team.
