Adaptive is seeking a QA Lead to drive the quality assurance strategy for a high-impact financial technology project. You will lead QA activities, promote best practices, and collaborate with development and client teams to maximize test coverage and deliver reliable software.

You will coach the team, derive test cases from designs, implement test automation, and ensure quality is everyone’s responsibility through proactive testing and continuous improvement.

Formación

• Proven experience leading QA efforts in agile teams.
• Ability to derive test cases from functional/technical designs.
• Strong knowledge of TDD/BDD and test automation.
• Clear understanding of the QA role within Agile SDLC and stakeholder collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Define and implement the project’s QA strategy and test plans.
• Challenge existing practices and promote QA best practices.
• Foster a culture where quality is a shared responsibility.
• Collaborate with Dev, DevOps and client teams to maximize test coverage.
• Design, maintain and execute test cases; analyze results and report insights.
• Guide and support the team in QA activities and business understanding.
