Job summary

Trading 212 Ltd. in Europe’s fastest-growing mobile broker seeks a Senior QA Automation Engineer to own automation testing across multiple projects, ensuring high quality and reliability.

You will lead automation frameworks and collaborate in agile teams, focusing on testability, API and UI/UX validation, and continuous improvement. Proficiency in English is required; generous benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on automation testing.
• Strong understanding of software testing concepts, methodologies, and tools.
• Strong programming skills in at least one programming language (Python, TypeScript, Java, etc.).
• Experience with test automation frameworks and tools (e.g. Playwright, Selenium, Appium, Pytest, TestNG).
• Experience with API testing tools such as Postman, SoapUI, or similar.
• Strong RDBMS knowledge.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• A very good command of English and excellent communication skills.
• Passion for quality assurance.

Responsibilities

• Own the quality assurance tasks for multiple projects, ensuring the software meets high standards.
• Participate in design and requirements reviews to ensure testability and usability.
• Lead testing efforts, including developing and maintaining automation frameworks and scripts.
• Plan, implement and execute testing tasks in DB, integration, functional, UI/UX areas.
• Analyze test results to identify areas for improvement and recommend changes.
• Provide technical and process mentorship to less experienced colleagues.
• Work in compact, autonomous teams with short release cycles and agile processes.
