Join Us as a Senior Quality Engineer at CGI (Novatec now part of CGI)!

Location : Granada, Spain (Remote applicants from anywhere in Spain are welcome!)

Your Mission :

• Promote testing best practices and CI / CD workflows.
• Understand systems to shape quality strategies.
• Create and optimize test plans, focusing on automation.
• Guide and educate engineers on testing techniques.
• Troubleshoot issues, review test code, and monitor quality metrics.

What We’re Looking For :

• Passion for Quality : A long-term commitment to driving excellence in quality engineering.
• Testing Expertise : Solid understanding of the testing pyramid, including its more technical layers.
• Technical Skills :
• Hands-on experience with automated testing frameworks like Cypress, Playwright, Jest, and JUnit.
• Familiarity with software architectures, including components and dependencies.
• CI / CD Knowledge : Good understanding of CI / CD practices and their integration into the SDLC.
• Manual Testing : Expertise in manual testing phases, including exploratory testing.
• Proactive Problem Solving : Ability to take the lead and drive solutions when needed.
• Communication Skills : Strong written and verbal communication in English.
