Emburse is seeking a QA Automation Engineer to strengthen our testing practices and drive quality across our software platform. You will design and implement automated tests, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with development, product, and analytics teams to ensure robust release readiness.

You will work within an Agile/DevOps environment, leveraging Java, REST services, and modern automation tools to improve test coverage and reliability.

Formación

• 6+ years of testing experience in a software domain.
• Writes and maintains test scripts and automation harnesses.
• Ability to write clear, concise documentation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience in Agile/DevOps environments is a plus.
• Experience designing and building REST/JSON services is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Set test and automation direction at project level and influence decisions.
• Establish baselines and report quality metrics for projects.
• Identify and report high-quality defects with evidence.
• Provide constructive feedback to team members and mentor juniors.
• Collaborate with Software Engineers, Product Owners and stakeholders to design tests.
• Develop sophisticated automation software with minimal supervision.
