Heymondo, a rapidly growing travel insurance company, seeks a QA Automation Engineer to expand our automation strategy. You will work with developers, product owners, and QA colleagues to ensure delivery of high-quality software, with a focus on automated Web/API testing and meaningful exploratory validation.

You will design, implement, and integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines, while gradually expanding into mobile testing and broader test frameworks.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
• ISTQB Foundations certification is a plus but not required.
• 3–5 years of relevant work experience as a QA Automation Engineer or similar role, including manual validation of complex functionalities.
• Experience designing and executing functional test cases.
• Practical knowledge of Gherkin and acceptance criteria-based testing.

Responsabilidades

• Analyse acceptance criteria, design and maintain test cases in Gherkin.
• Execute manual and automated tests (Web/API) using Playwright, log results and report defects.
• Coordinate delivery validation with development and product teams.
• Design and progressively implement automated tests, starting with Web/API and evolving toward mobile.
• Identify coverage gaps and contribute to evolving our testing frameworks, strategies, and tools.
• Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines in collaboration with the technical team.
