As a Senior QA Automation Engineer, you will join our ART CLM (Client Lifecycle Management) team. Your primary objective will be to design, develop, and maintain test automation frameworks and scripts to ensure the quality and reliability of our software applications. Additionally, you will provide guidance and support to the team on software quality topics, including development testing, and ensure an efficient testing setup to maximize testing throughput and minimize overall testing effort.

YOUR CHALLENGE

• Work as an embedded QA Automation Engineer in an Agile team
• Drive all quality aspects of the team regarding Software Quality
• Design test cases to ensure proper coverage of requirements and execute them
• Identify tests suitable for automation
• Automate identified test cases using Playwright with TypeScript on UI or API level
• Perform manual testing as needed, including periods where manual testing is the primary responsibility
• Create or organize required test data
• Maintain (add, remove, update) regression test cases
• Execute and document tests in an audit-proof manner
• Read and write some code if needed in Java or C#
• Manage defects effectively

YOUR PROFILE

• Experience working in an agile team is mandatory; experience in a DevOps setup is a strong plus
• Experience leading/supporting all testing initiatives within an agile team from development to acceptance testing
• Strong experience in test case design (TCD) to ensure coverage of requirements and acceptance criteria
• Experience with risk-based testing
• 5+ years of general Test Automation experience covering UI and API
• Ability to perform manual testing when needed
• Proactive exploration of databases to find relevant test data
• Good knowledge of Jira; basic XRAY knowledge is a plus
• Additional experience in cloud technologies, web application architecture, or banking domain related to Client Lifecycle Management is a plus

Education and skills:

• Excellent command of English (C1/C2); fluent Spanish is a big plus
• BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• ISTQB Foundation Level certification is a plus
• Accurate, reliable, proactive, motivated, resilient
• Team-oriented, flexible, with strong problem-solving skills
• Strong commitment to project quality
