What You'll Do:

1. Top Spanish publishers (websites) acquisition; from prospecting to closing.
2. Driving revenue growth and expanding our publisher network in the Spanish market.
3. Building a healthy pipeline and prioritize for highest value opportunities.
4. Leading the publisher acquisition efforts in the market by working closely with technical, sales, and operational colleagues.
5. Become a trusted contact and develop strong, mutually beneficial relationships that earn the loyalty of prospects and clients; short and long term.
6. Maintaining our purposely designed CRM tool; update lead and client interactions.
7. Hit Monthly and Quarterly goals.
8. Networking.

Who We're Looking For:

1. A Senior Publisher Sales professional with strong relationships with Spanish key publishers.
2. 7+ years of experience in digital advertising sales, with a focus on publisher acquisition and account management.
3. Industry Network: Established contacts within the Spanish digital publishing sphere, gained through work at a publisher sales house, trading desk, ad-tech company, or digital agency.
4. A proven track record in programmatic advertising sales!
5. A deep understanding of the Spanish publishing landscape.
6. A Sales Enthusiast that thrives on meeting and exceeding goals, and that's excited by the ring of the office bell and the thrill of bonuses.
7. Fluent / native Spanish with a high level of English proficiency to engage effectively with our diverse team and clients.
8. Commercial Mindset is key! You have a keen eye for detail, a knack for turning conversations positively, and a passion for digital advertising.
9. Someone that can work autonomously, adapt to changing, fast-paced startup environments, and swiftly translate technical features into compelling business benefits.
