Refinery89 is looking for a passionate and driven Senior Publisher Sales Executive to spearhead our growth in the German market. If you're motivated by challenges, love the thrill of closing deals, and want to shape the future of online media, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do:

  • Top German publishers (websites) acquisition; from prospecting to closing.
  • Driving revenue growth and expanding our publisher network in the German market.
  • Building a healthy pipeline and prioritize for highest value opportunities.
  • Leading the publisher acquisition efforts in Germany by working closely with sales and operational colleagues.
  • Become a trusted contact and develop strong, mutually beneficial relationships that earn the loyalty of prospects and clients; short and long term.

Who We're Looking For:

  • A Senior Publisher Sales Executive with strong relationships with German key Publishers.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital advertising sales, with a focus on publisher acquisition and account management.
  • Industry Network: Established contacts within the German digital publishing sphere, gained through work at a publisher sales house, trading desk, ad-tech company, or digital agency.
  • A proven track record in programmatic advertising sales!
  • A deep understanding of the DACH publishing landscape.
  • A Sales Enthusiast that thrives on meeting and exceeding goals, and that's excited by the ring of the office bell and the thrill of bonuses.
  • Fluent/native German with a high level of English proficiency to engage effectively with our diverse team and clients.
  • Commercial Mindset is key! You have a keen eye for detail, a knack for turning conversations positively, and a passion for digital advertising.
  • Someone that can work autonomously, adapt to changing, fast-paced startup environments, and swiftly translate technical features into compelling business benefits.
