Refinery89 is looking for a passionate and driven Senior Publisher Sales Executive to lead our growth in the French market. If you're motivated by challenges, love closing deals, and want to shape the future of online media, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do:

  • Acquire top French publishers (websites), from prospecting to closing.
  • Drive revenue growth and expand our publisher network in France.
  • Build a healthy pipeline and prioritize high-value opportunities.
  • Lead publisher acquisition efforts in France by collaborating with sales and operational teams.
  • Develop strong, mutually beneficial relationships with prospects and clients to earn loyalty both short and long term.

Who We're Looking For:

  • A Senior Publisher Sales professional with strong relationships with key French publishers.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital advertising sales, focusing on publisher acquisition and account management.
  • Industry Network: Established contacts within the French digital publishing sphere, gained through roles at publisher sales houses, trading desks, ad-tech companies, or digital agencies.
  • A proven track record in programmatic advertising sales.
  • Deep understanding of the Dach publishing landscape.
  • A sales enthusiast who thrives on meeting and exceeding goals and enjoys the excitement of bonuses.
  • Fluent/native French with high proficiency in English to effectively engage with our diverse team and clients.
  • A commercial mindset with keen attention to detail, a positive conversational style, and passion for digital advertising.
  • Ability to work autonomously, adapt to fast-paced startup environments, and translate technical features into compelling business benefits.
