We’re looking for a proactive Publisher Manager to join our multinational team at our office in Cyprus or remotely. This role focuses on generating high-quality leads, testing new revenue streams, and closing deals with Publishers and Affiliates, contributing to the company’s growth and market expansion.

What you’ll be working on :

• Find new leads, negotiate, and close deals with Publishers and Affiliates;
• Achieve traffic flow stability;
• Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and implement improvements;
• Conduct market and competitors research, and suggest ways to stay competitive;
• Identify, suggest, and test new revenue streams;
• Maintain an organized and up-to-date CRM system.

About you – preferred requirements for this role :

• 3+ years of experience as a Senior Publisher or Account Manager;
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with innovative approaches to generating new leads;
• Experience with CPC, CPM, flat deals, and prospecting new sites;
• Out-of-the-box thinking is essential;
• Strong problem-solving skills and independence;
• Good knowledge of Google Sheets;
• Experience with Google Analytics;

Nice to have :

• Experience working in an adult advertising network is a significant plus;
• Experience with monday.com;
• Experience with Jira or similar project management tools.
