Charles Taylor Madrid is seeking a Senior Loss Adjuster to manage a portfolio of Property & Casualty claims in Spain. You will lead complex files, coordinate external experts, and maintain close contact with insurers, claimants and clients.

The role requires at least 3 years of loss adjusting experience, fluency in English and Spanish, and a proactive, adaptable approach. You will contribute to business development across London and European markets, aligning with Charles Taylor values.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years’ loss adjusting / claims handling experience.
• Experience with Property & Casualty claims preferred; others considered.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a portfolio of Property & Casualty claims in Spain.
• Undertake site visits and meetings with insurers, reinsurers, brokers, claimants, insureds and others.
• Prepare detailed reports on all aspects of the claim including liability considerations, potential quantum and future actions.
• Instruct and coordinate surveyors, engineers, lawyers, forensic accountants and other experts.
• Communicate with stakeholders; calculate and approve interim payments and prepare interim reports.
• Calculate and agree settlements and prepare accurate final reports.
• Develop the Property & Casualty business for current clients and identify new business opportunities.
• Identify marketing opportunities in Property & Casualty and drive to successful conclusions.
• Contribute to developing London and European markets and CTA’s brand globally.
• Carry out ad hoc duties as allocated by management.
