Senior Project Manager - SAP S/4HANA

We are searching for a leading multinational company in the health sector an experienced Senior Project Manager, with a strong background in SAP S/4HANA implementations to support the project team in delivering high-quality solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of SAP methodologies and have a proven track record of managing complex projects from initiation to delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and implementation of programs and projects across multiple business lines, including budgeting, resource management, and adherence to SAP best practices and methodologies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with business goals. Establish and maintain relationships with business leaders to enhance credibility and resolve issues.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and resource strategies to ensure successful execution. Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure timely delivery within budget constraints.
• Facilitate communication among cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, operations, and external vendors, to ensure alignment and address project risks proactively.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address potential issues, ensuring proactive management throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project success through metrics and reporting, providing updates to senior management and stakeholders. Contribute to developing practices and tools to enhance organizational capabilities.
• Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members to foster professional growth.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, IT, Project Management, Engineering, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of project management experience, with at least 2 years focused on SAP S/4HANA.
• Proven experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA).
• Strong understanding of SAP modules and business processes (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Outcome-oriented mindset focused on successful project results.
• Customer-centric approach to engage and satisfy clients.
• Ability to work under pressure and willingness to travel.
• Fluent in English.
