As a Senior Project Manager at Rho, you’ll provide leadership to cross-functional clinical research projects and team members. Your responsibilities include delivering on-time, on-budget, high-quality project results, mentoring team members, and developing superior customer experiences while upholding Rho’s core values, including Teamwork, Quality, and Great People. Responsibilities

  • Lead complex projects and develop execution strategies for each component
  • Prepare project management plans and governance documents
  • Recommend and implement operational strategies and risk management plans
  • Manage project resources, ensuring tasks are assigned correctly to staff and vendors
  • Manage project scope, recognizing and negotiating changes
  • Provide tactical and strategic guidance to customers and team members
  • Mentor, train, and orient new team members
  • Manage team dynamics and provide regular feedback
  • Collaborate with customers to find mutually beneficial solutions
  • Contribute to business development through proposals, RFIs, and bid presentations

Qualifications

  • BSc in life sciences or related field with at least 5 years’ experience managing increasingly complex clinical research projects
  • Experience in CNS is preferred
  • Strong understanding of clinical research, scientific concepts, and regulatory requirements (GCP, ICH, etc.)
  • Experience with on-site monitoring and managing CRA teams
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality standards
  • High integrity, honesty, and team spirit
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly and embrace change
