A leading company in healthcare market research is seeking a Senior Project Manager. The role involves managing project lifecycles from initiation to completion, ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining project budgets. The ideal candidate will have a degree in a relevant field and at least 3 years in marketing research.

Descripción del empleo

The Senior Project Manager's primary responsibility is to manage all aspects of the project lifecycle for data collection, from initiation to completion. This includes managing project budgets, communicating progress to clients, troubleshooting in the field, providing solutions to meet deadlines, ensuring Profiles Health standards are met, coordinating day-to-day activities, and resolving recording and reporting issues that may jeopardize timely and cost-effective project completion.

  1. Review all project documentation provided by client services with the manager, identify issues that could jeopardize project completion on time, within budget, or impact gross margin. Provide recommendations to client services and collaborate to obtain revised project quotes if necessary.
  2. Manage internal project kickoff meetings with sales and programming teams to review materials, finalize requirements, and determine timelines and schedules. Work directly with clients to review project materials and schedules, making adjustments as needed.
  3. Provide consistent updates to clients on project status during the fielding process via email or phone. Offer recommendations to maximize sample collection while in the field.
  4. Ensure project completion on time, and that all panelists receive incentive payments promptly. Provide the finance team with all financial metrics required for billing and invoicing; deliver the final bill to the client.

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree in Market Research, Psychology, Sociology, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Marketing Research preferred.
  • Experience in Healthcare data collection preferred.
  • Proficiency with Decipher or similar platforms, Microsoft Office (advanced Excel and Word).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines with high attention to detail.

Additional Information:

The individual will be required to work UK hours.
