As a Senior Project Manager, you will oversee and manage projects aimed at improving patients support and satisfaction. Your role involves bringing new ideas and solutions to our developing areas, with a strong focus on understanding user feedback and implementing policies, guidelines, and content that resonate with our target audience.

1. Project Leadership: Lead and manage cross-functional projects, ensuring they align with strategic goals and are delivered on time and within budget.
2. Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize SQL and project management tools to analyze data, create reports, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
3. Content and Policy Management: Develop and implement policies, guidelines, and content that enhance the customer experience and reflect user feedback.
4. Innovation and Problem Solving: Bring new ideas and solutions to the table, addressing challenges proactively and strategically.
5. Automation and Machine Learning: Leverage automation and machine learning technologies to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
6. User Feedback Loop: Propose user feedback loop to ensure customer needs and expectations are met.
7. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with internal teams, including product, marketing, and customer service, to share insights and drive initiatives.
8. Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, compliance, and alignment with company policies and procedures.
9. Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans specifying goals, timelines, resources, and budget requirements.

Qualifications

Proven experience in project management or a related role, preferably in tech companies.

Strong analytical skills with SQL knowledge.

Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello).

Knowledge of programming logic and ability to perform basic coding tasks.

Understanding of AI basics and experience with automation and machine learning.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Experience with user feedback analysis and continuous improvement methodologies.

Fluency in English is mandatory; Spanish is a plus.
