Nscale is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead low‑voltage deployment across AI data center rollouts. You will own projects from kickoff through turnover, coordinating schedule, budget, vendors, and quality with teams spanning construction, network infrastructure, and commissioning.

This remote-first role is based in the United States with 30–40% travel for site kickoffs and milestones, requiring 7+ years in project management and 3+ years in data center or low‑voltage construction.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience with 3+ years in data center, telecom, or low‑voltage construction projects.
• Proven ownership of schedules, budgets, change orders, and subcontractor performance.
• Working knowledge of structured cabling and fiber systems; reading drawings and specs.
• Experience with Smartsheet / MS Project / Primavera P6 and Jira or similar tooling.
• On-site field problem solving and accountability in fast-moving environments.
• Clear, honest communication with field teams, engineers, vendors, and senior stakeholders.
• Ability to collaborate with engineers, construction leads, vendors, and partner teams.

Responsabilités

• Own full lifecycle of assigned low‑voltage projects from scope to closeout.
• Build and maintain integrated project schedules with milestones and dependencies.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, cost tracking, change orders and invoicing.
• Maintain risk/issue registers and drive mitigation plans.
• Lead site kickoffs, field coordination, and regular stakeholder meetings.
• Oversee structured cabling, fiber, MPO trunking, and cable pathways.
• Ensure turnover to commissioning with complete closeout packages.
• Promote safety culture and ensure site safety compliance.
