Capitole is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a major Microsoft 365 tenant consolidation project, migrating four independent environments into a single target tenant, scaling to 4,000+ users. You will manage delivery, resources, budgets and align with C-level stakeholders across identity, mail, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, devices and enterprise apps.

Remote from Spain, you will collaborate with an international team, handle wave planning and cutover activities, and report to CTO/COO.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of experience leading M365 tenant-to-tenant migrations or large-scale IT infrastructure projects.
• Proven track record in wave planning, cutover management, and multi-stakeholder environments.
• Fluent English communication; German a plus.
• Availability to work outside standard hours during cutover windows (evenings/weekends).
