Capitole is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a major Microsoft 365 tenant consolidation project, migrating four independent environments into a single target tenant scaled to 4,000+ users.

You will oversee delivery, manage resources both internal and external, track budgets, and align with C-level stakeholders across identity, mail, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, devices, and enterprise apps.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of experience leading M365 migrations or large-scale IT infrastructure projects.
• Proven track record in wave planning, cutover management, and multi-stakeholder environments.
• PM certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) and willingness to work outside standard hours.

Responsabilidades

• Plan waves, coordinate cutover activities, and manage execution.
• Lead internal and external project resources including vendor management and commercial aspects.
• Track budgets, manage risks and dependencies, and report to CTO/COO level.

Would you like to lead a major Microsoft 365 tenant consolidation project?

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead a major Microsoft 365 tenant consolidation project, managing the migration of four independent environments into a single target tenant (scaling to 4,000+ users). You will oversee project delivery, manage internal and external resources, track budgets, and align with C-level stakeholders across identity, mailboxes, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, devices, and enterprise applications.

Responsibilities

• Overall delivery management and schedule tracking for the M365 tenant consolidation project.
• Detailed planning, wave scheduling, and execution management of cutover activities.
• Steering internal and external project resources, including vendor performance and commercial management.
• Budget tracking, risk and dependency management, and regular executive reporting to CTO/COO level.

Must‑Have Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience leading M365 tenant-to-tenant migrations or large-scale IT infrastructure projects.
• Proven track record in wave planning, cutover management, and multi-stakeholder project environments.
• Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent)
• Fluent English communication skills, German is a plus.
• Availability to work outside standard business hours during cutover windows (evenings/weekends).
