Capitole is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a major Microsoft 365 tenant consolidation project, migrating four independent environments into a single target tenant for 4,000+ users. You will manage delivery, resources, budgets, and align with C-level stakeholders across identity, mail, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, devices, and enterprise apps.

The role is remote from Spain with a strong emphasis on coordinating across international teams, vendors, and executive-level reporting.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of experience leading M365 tenant-to-tenant migrations or large-scale IT infrastructure projects.
• Proven track record in wave planning, cutover management, and multi-stakeholder project environments.
• Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent)
• Fluent English communication skills, German is a plus.
• Availability to work outside standard business hours during cutover windows (evenings/weekends).
