Capitole is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a major Microsoft 365 tenant consolidation project, migrating four independent environments into a single target tenant for 4,000+ users. You will oversee delivery, manage resources, budgets, and risk, and report to CTO/COO-level stakeholders across identity, mail, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, devices and enterprise applications.

Remote from Spain. The role requires collaboration with global teams and readiness to work outside standard hours

Formación

• 5+ years of experience leading M365 tenant-to-tenant migrations or large-scale IT infrastructure projects.
• Proven track record in wave planning, cutover management, and multi-stakeholder environments.
• Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent)
• Fluent English communication skills; German is a plus.
• Availability to work outside standard business hours during cutover windows (evenings/weekends).

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead a major Microsoft 365 tenant consolidation project, managing the migration of four independent environments into a single target tenant (scaling to 4,000+ users). You will oversee project delivery, manage internal and external resources, track budgets, and align with C-level stakeholders across identity, mailboxes, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, devices, and enterprise applications.

Responsibilities
