Program Director for IT and Business Projects
About the Role
- Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of technology and business function projects using established methodologies.
- Determine project goals, timelines, resource allocation, and staffing requirements through collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans outlining strategies, risks, contingency plans, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate team assignments and manage global virtual teams effectively.
- Cultivate relationships with internal and external partners to negotiate resources and influence project outcomes.
- Maintain alignment with organizational objectives and proactively manage change.
- Prioritize project delivery according to quality, schedule, and budget expectations while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in project or program management within a large IT organization or consultancy.
- Proven track record of delivering projects within budget.
- Expertise in HR IT technologies such as SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, and Talent Link.
- Knowledge of HR processes like Time Management, Performance Management, Employee Onboarding, Document Management, and Case Management.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills at all organizational levels.
- Familiarity with IT project methodologies and MS Office tools.
