Formación

• 5+ años de experiencia en gestión de proyectos en la industria de ingeniería y construcción.
• Habilidades en Microsoft Office y conocimientos en PVsyst y AUTOCAD son un plus.

Responsabilidades

• Preparar licitaciones y ejecutar contratos de construcción para proyectos fotovoltaicos.

Technique Solaire is a French independent solar power producer, founded in 2008, leading the PV rooftop market in France, India, Netherlands & Spain, with more than 260 employees and an annual turnover of 240 million euros.

We are experts in developing, financing, building and operating solar projects. We own and operate 520+ MWp of assets in France, Netherlands and India and have more than 400 MWp in construction and 2.7 GWp of projects in development.

Our Spanish subsidiary, Technique Solaire Spain, has been incorporated in 2022 with approx. 30 MW of solar projects already in construction and a pipeline of approx. 400 MW.

We aim to quickly expand our activities in Spain. Our target is to have 500 MWp of operational projects in the country by 2030, with a growing team.

The position is located in Madrid, with frequent visits to the plants. You report directly to the Spain Country Director and you will work in coordination with our French Project Management team.

What you will do:

• Prepare tenders for the construction of photovoltaic projects, negotiate and execute construction contracts.
• Coordinate and prepare preliminary work before the start of construction (topography, geotechnics, hydrology, pull-out test, etc.).
• Develop the construction budget, execution plan, and expense tracking.
• Monitor and control the execution of the works.
• Monitor the EPC Contracts in terms of schedule, cost, scope, quality and contract compliance to achieve milestones requirements.
• Ensure compliance with current regulations, insurance specifications, company quality standards, on-site safety and environmental protection.
• Ensure compliance with the administrative obligations of various licenses and permits.
• Control the quality of documentation and engineering.
• Make site visits to review progress, work execution conditions, and compliance / quality of work.
• Coordinate different purchases / contracts for the proper execution of the works.
• Certify the fulfillment of contractual and administrative milestones.
• Prepare and present documentation, coordinate with distributors and administrations, and carry out the administrative legalization processes for project commissioning.
• Coordinate with local authorities to comply with permitting requirements.
• Lead weekly & monthly meetings with EPC contractor, Owner’s Engineer, HSE responsible and other project stakeholders.
• Report periodically on the progress made.
• Manage the transfer of projects to the operations team once commissioning is achieved.
• Provide support to the various involved departments (development, engineering, financing, commercialization).

• Degree in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial / Energy Engineering.
• At least 5 years’ experience in Project Management within Engineering and Construction industry for photovoltaic plants, predominantly on the contractor side vs client preferred.
• Microsoft Office package skills (Word, Excel, MS Project) is a must.
• PVsyst and AUTOCAD skills are a plus.
• English and Spanish language, French is a plus.
• Soft skills expected: team spirit, problem solving, negotiation skills, communication.
