Responsibilities:
- Direct interlocutor with customer: main contact for project monitoring, risk identification, and proposing solutions.
- Consulting on construction projects, including monitoring and proposals from technical, planning, economic, quality, and health & safety perspectives.
- Conduct feasibility studies (technical, economic, and planning) for projects and works.
- Coordinate works planning of multidisciplinary teams and long-lead equipment.
- Manage or supervise OFCI (Owner Furnished Contractor Installed).
- Develop PMP (Project Management Plan) and define project strategies.
- Develop process and purchasing strategies; manage project and construction package tenders.
- Select suppliers and present to customers.
- Prepare technical dossiers for tendering, receive offers, perform comparisons, and issue award recommendations.
- Organize regular work monitoring meetings and manage/moderate them.
- Prepare Minutes of Meetings and periodic reports.
- Oversee cost control, planning, change orders, and billing follow-up.
- Manage and control commissioning of work and facilities.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Degree in industrial engineering, electrical installations, mechanical engineering, or similar.
- At least 4 years of experience in design and construction management of Critical Infrastructures like Hospitals or Data Centers (minimum 5MW).
- 10 years of experience in the construction sector (projects and works).
- Knowledge of laws and regulations related to mechanical, electrical, water, and other installations.
- Ability to analyze risks and failure points, and propose solutions.
- Leadership skills to achieve objectives and meet milestones.
- Collaborative team worker with good communication skills.
- Experience in client reporting and decision-making.
- Proficiency in English and Italian (spoken and written).
- Good skills in Excel, PowerPoint, AutoCAD, Project/Primavera, TCQ/Presto, BIM 360.
- Experience in hierarchical companies with internal procedures.
- Organized in analysis and reporting, with clear transmission of information.
