Supermicro is seeking a (Sr.) Project Manager to lead onsite server rack installations at customer data centers and manage end-to-end project delivery. The role collaborates with Engineering, Sales, and extended teams to ensure designs meet customer requirements.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in PM, strong data center deployment knowledge, and excellent communication skills, with willingness to travel extensively. Fluency in English is required.

Formación

• 8+ years in project or program management with onsite rack installations.
• Strong data center deployment knowledge and leadership.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel heavily, domestically and internationally, for extended periods.
• Fluent in English; French is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate with sales and FAE teams to define scope for onsite server rack installations.
• Produce comprehensive design proposals and delivery plans for rack deployments.
• Collaborate with purchasing and suppliers to secure materials and equipment.
• Coordinate with integration and production for prototyping and mass production timelines.
• Oversee projects and provide regular status reports to stakeholders.
• Lead customer meetings on status, timelines, and deployment requirements.
• Ensure installation processes meet industry standards and improve efficiency.
• Document installations with diagrams, configurations, and post-installation notes.
