We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Production Team. In this role, you will:

• Collaborate with stakeholders, senior leadership, and cross-functional teams to facilitate and execute project intake and discovery efforts, aligning Product Madness’s strategic objectives with the wider Aristocrat project portfolio.
• Maintain transparent, up-to-date project status reports and relevant reporting.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of PMO capabilities, toolsets, and processes to drive operational excellence.
• Define and monitor KPIs and metrics to assess project management effectiveness.
• Conduct thorough project discovery activities, including requirements gathering, risk analysis, and scope definition.
• Lead regular project reviews to evaluate performance, risks, and issues.
• Monitor change management efforts and adjust strategies as needed.
• Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and methodologies.
• Ensure compliance with governance frameworks and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain a release management strategy and oversee release planning activities.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Qualifications include:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience leading strategic projects and overseeing PMO functions.
• Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical skills, and expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
• Experience managing complex projects in a matrix organization.
• Knowledge of resource management, capacity planning, and software development workflows.
• Certifications such as AgilePM, PgMP, PMP, or CSM are highly preferred.
