Job Description: Senior Project Manager at Magicbox

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead the development of new products, ensuring successful project execution from inception to completion. You will collaborate with various departments across multiple locations to meet project objectives aligned with our company's philosophy. Reporting to the Director of Operations, your goal will be to maximize product development efficiency while achieving set targets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and monitor project schedules and timelines.
2. Evaluate mold plans proposed by factories.
3. Oversee all phases of product development, including design, prototyping, mold manufacturing, approvals, and mass production.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, preferably Industrial Engineering with a focus on plastics.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in office software.
• Extensive project management experience in an industrial environment.
• At least 4 years of project management experience in China (mandatory).
• Knowledge of CAD (2D and 3D).
• Familiarity with international quality standards, including AQL.
• Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP) is highly valued.
