Mission

We’re creating a new way for our customers to connect with CUPRA—through experiences, community, and shared purpose. As the lead of the CUPRA TRIBE Program, you will shape an initiative that fosters emotional bonds and turns customers into brand advocates.

What You'll Do
  • Design and lead the CUPRA TRIBE program from concept to execution, ensuring a seamless, digital-first experience.
  • Develop a loyalty model that encourages engagement through badges, levels, rewards, and rituals.
  • Create emotional touchpoints via challenges, milestones, and brand moments.
  • Curate memorable experiences, both physical and digital, to deepen connection.
  • Manage communication plans to inform and inspire the TRIBE members.
  • Work with social and content teams to amplify the movement and encourage storytelling.
  • Establish strategic partnerships to enhance the program's value.
  • Collaborate across departments to bring the TRIBE to life at every touchpoint.
  • Track engagement and KPIs to optimize the program's impact.
Requirements
  • Experience in customer loyalty, CRM, or brand engagement programs, preferably in lifestyle, mobility, or premium brands.
  • Understanding of loyalty mechanics and community-building strategies.
  • Ability to link loyalty strategies with business KPIs and customer lifecycle value.
  • Experience collaborating across departments and managing external partners.
  • Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Passion for brand culture, customer experience, and building initiatives from scratch.
