Mission

We’re building more than a loyalty program.We’re creating a new way for our customers to connect with CUPRA—through experiences, community, and a shared sense of purpose. As the lead of CUPRA TRIBE Program, you’ll shape an initiative that goes beyond rewards, building emotional bonds that last and turning customers into true brand believers.

What You'll Do

  • Design and lead the CUPRA TRIBE program—from concept to execution, making it seamless, digital-first and distinctly CUPRA.
  • Craft a loyalty model that inspires action: badges, levels, rewards and rituals that fuel engagement.
  • Create emotional touchpoints through challenges, milestones and unique brand moments.
  • Curate unforgettable experiences, both physical and digital, to strengthen connection.
  • Define and manage the communication plan to keep the TRIBE informed, inspired, and actively involved.
  • Amplify the movement together with social and content teams, turning members into storytellers.
  • Establish strategic partnerships to offer unique benefits and expand the value of the program beyond CUPRA.
  • Collaborate across the company—from CRM to Marketing, Product to Retail—to bring the TRIBE to life at every touchpoint.
  • Measure what matters—track engagement, loyalty impact and business KPIs to optimize and evolve.

Requirements

  • Solid experience in customer loyalty, CRM, or brand engagement programs—ideally in lifestyle, mobility, or premium brands.
  • Strong understanding of loyalty mechanics and community-building strategies
  • Knowledge of how to link loyalty strategies with business KPIs and customer lifecycle value (e.g. aftersales, retention, up/cross-selling).
  • Comfortable collaborating across departments (product, marketing, retail, tech) and managing external partners.
  • Analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Passion for brand culture, customer experience, and building something from scratch.
  • Fluent in English (C1)
