Una empresa internacional busca un gestor de proyectos publicitarios en Madrid. Su responsabilidad incluye la gestión integral de proyectos para adquirir nuevos clientes, asegurando la calidad de las propuestas creativas y la coordinación interna. Se requiere al menos 5 años de experiencia en roles similares, habilidades organizativas excepcionales y un nivel alto de inglés. Formación

  • Al menos 5 años de experiencia en roles similares, idealmente en agencias publicitarias.
  • Sólidos conocimientos sobre los productos publicitarios (digitales, impresos, activaciones, etc.).
  • Habilidad probada para gestionar cargas de trabajo exigentes.

Responsabilidades

  • Gestionar proyectos publicitarios para nuevas propuestas y pitches.
  • Coordinar la producción de propuestas creativas.
  • Servir como punto de contacto durante el proceso de pitch.

Responsibilities
  • Manage advertising projects for new business proposals and pitches aimed at acquiring new clients
  • Coordinate and oversee the production of creative proposals: digital campaigns, event concepts, printed materials, activations, merchandising, banners, and other relevant deliverables
  • Analyze complex briefings from potential clients, break down specific tasks, and align deliverables with the strategic needs of the pitch
  • Serve as the main point of contact throughout each pitch process, ensuring a clear understanding of objectives, timelines, and expectations
  • Supervise the upload and presentation of materials on platforms or portals required by the pitch process, ensuring quality and adherence to guidelines
  • Manage short- and medium-term proposals while also contributing to long-term business development projects
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in similar roles, ideally within advertising agencies and new business projects
  • Strong knowledge of advertising deliverables (digital, print, activations, etc.)
  • Proven ability to stay highly organized and effectively manage demanding workloads
  • Excellent communication skills and professional interaction with internal teams and potential clients
  • High level of English, both written and spoken
  • Proactive, autonomous, and adaptable in fast-paced and competitive environments
