Job summary

ALIF is a Dubai-based digital marketing and creative agency hiring a Project Manager to lead delivery for a diverse client portfolio. You will be the primary day-to-day contact for clients, owning scoping, timelines and QA while keeping operations tight behind the scenes.

You will coordinate a remote team across time zones, develop SOPs and templates, and leverage AI tools to accelerate delivery. Direct collaboration with the founders is a key part of the role.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in project or account management at a digital/creative/marketing agency.
• Confident with senior clients: clear, calm and direct on scope and pushback.
• Highly organized and detail-driven; you follow through without being chased.
• Strong with Asana or a similar PM tool (ClickUp, Monday, Jira).
• Hands-on with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude or similar) and automation (Zapier, Make).
• Some daily overlap with Dubai (GMT+4) and US time zones.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery across 15 to 20 active clients: scoping, timelines, resourcing, QA and handover.
• Be the main day-to-day contact for clients: status updates, meeting follow-ups, expectations and scope.
• Run our projects in Asana and keep them accurate.
• Build and maintain SOPs, templates and workflows for each service line.
• Coordinate a remote team of designers, developers and media specialists across time zones.
• Use AI tools to cut admin and speed up delivery.
• Report to the founders on project health, capacity and client satisfaction.

ALIF is a full-service digital marketing and creative agency based in Dubai, working with hospitality, wellness, real estate and lifestyle brands across the US, Europe, the UAE and Southeast Asia. We deliver branding, web design and development, paid media, SEO/GEO and AI marketing.

We are hiring a Project Manager to run delivery across our client portfolio. You will be the person clients rely on day to day, and the person who keeps our operations tight behind the scenes. We are looking for someone who has done this before and can own it from day one.
