Kings Crest Global is seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of web development, marketing campaigns, and client initiatives. This remote role requires availability within Spanish time zones and a Monday–Friday schedule.

You will lead 8–10 projects concurrently, develop plans and budgets, manage client communications, and drive process improvements across PM tools and methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.

Formación

• Proven PM experience in tech/digital marketing/web development.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Able to manage 8–10 projects concurrently while delivering quality.
• Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT to support PM workflows.
• Proficient with Jira, Trello, Asana, and Monday.com.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end project management for client and internal projects with clear timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, SEO specialists, PPC experts, and social media managers to meet goals.
• Manage 8–10 projects simultaneously.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets while tracking progress and performance metrics.
• Communicate updates to clients, manage expectations, and resolve issues.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies for smooth execution.
• Maintain documentation and knowledge sharing to improve team efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement in PM processes, tools, and methodologies.

What you'll need:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in a technology, digital marketing, or web development environment
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall)
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards
• Should be comfortable using ChatGPT and other AI tools to assist in project management and workflow
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, Monday.com)
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field and PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus but not mandatory
