Formación

  • Au moins 5 ans d'expérience en gestion de projets dans l'industrie pharmaceutique.
  • Connaissance des processus biotechnologiques et des exigences réglementaires.
  • Fluide en espagnol et en anglais; d'autres langues sont un plus.

Responsabilidades

  • Gérer les projets liés au développement et à la commercialisation d'APIs et de produits médicamenteux.
  • Coordonner des équipes multifonctionnelles et assurer le respect des délais et des budgets.

What are we looking for?

We are seeking a motivated and client-oriented Project Manager to join our growing team in the pharmaceutical industry. The candidate will manage moderately large or complex projects that require proven project management skills. Experience in biotechnology, fermentation processes, and upstream/downstream operations is preferable. The role involves planning, coordination, and execution of projects related to drug development, mainly but not only for generic pharmaceuticals and APIs.

The challenge!

  • Assist in managing and executing projects related to the development and commercialization of APIs and drug products.
  • Understand the needs of internal and external customers, projects, and align them with Chemo's strategic guidelines.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (R&D, regulatory affairs, clinical, manufacturing, patents, sales) to ensure project timelines, budgets, and objectives are met.
  • Analyze project characteristics and needs, evaluate processes end-to-end, and support the creation and maintenance of project schedules, timelines, cost evaluations, and documentation. Plan milestones and assign owners.
  • Assist in preparing project reports, presentations, and updates for senior management and stakeholders.
  • Participate in meetings with partners, vendors, and other stakeholders as needed.

Communicate effectively and timely with clients and partners.

  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, issues, or delays, and collaborate on mitigation plans with alternatives or contingency strategies.
  • Track and manage project budgets, identifying deviations.
  • Develop and maintain systems for communication and control (CRM, BI, etc.).
  • Revise project plans, status, and budgets for short- and mid-term planning.

What do you need?

  • University Degree in Life Sciences or related field; Master’s preferred.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Over 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of biotechnology processes, drug development, and regulatory requirements; PMP certification is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel worldwide.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, impact, and influence skills. Proactive in risk identification, adaptable, and results-oriented. Customer-focused and able to handle competing priorities.
  • Flexible start time, full-time (40 hours/week).
  • Permanent contract and attractive salary package.
