6 months (extendable) Role Summary : We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead the Information Protection Project, overseeing workstreams in data security, governance, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with information protection, data classification, DLP, and access governance in regulated environments. Key Responsibilities : Lead the end-to-end delivery of the Information Protection initiative. Oversee workstreams like Data Classification, DLP, Information Governance, Insider Risk Management, and Security Awareness. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets. Collaborate with Information Security, Legal, IT, and Compliance teams. Ensure compliance with global standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, ISO 27001). Drive governance forums, steering committee updates, and monitor project KPIs. Manage vendor relationships and third-party deliverables. Required Skills & Experience : 10-15 years in project management, preferably in cybersecurity or IT risk. Proven experience in information protection, data privacy, or cybersecurity projects. Familiarity with DLP, CASB, IAM, and encryption tools. Strong knowledge of GDPR, HIPAA, SOX, ISO 27001. PMP, Prince2 certification required; CISM / CISSP a plus. Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills. Preferred Attributes : Organized, proactive, and adaptable to changing priorities. Comfortable in matrixed global environments with cross-functional teams. Strong reporting and executive communication skills.
