Senior Project Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team at Magicbox. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in leading the development of new products, ensuring each project is executed successfully from inception to completion.

Each project encompasses various phases in which the Project Manager collaborates with different departments across multiple locations to ensure that the objectives set at the start of the project are achieved, in alignment with the company's philosophy.

Reporting to the Director of Operations, your mission will be to maximize the efficiency of each product created while meeting the established goals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and monitor project schedules and timelines.
2. Manage product cost breakdowns.
3. Review new product designs to ensure functionality and optimize costs.
4. Evaluate mold plans proposed by factories.
5. Oversee all phases of product development, including design, prototyping, mold manufacturing, approvals, and mass production.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (preferably Industrial Engineering with a focus on plastics).
2. Experience in a similar position +8 years.
3. Intermediate to advanced proficiency in office software.
4. Extensive experience in project management within an industrial environment.
5. Experience managing projects in China (mandatory) minimum 4 years.
6. Knowledge of CAD (2D and 3D).
7. Familiarity with international quality standards, including AQL.
8. Experience in the toy industry is a plus.
9. Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP) is highly valued.
