Avenga is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of strategic business and technology initiatives, coordinating across AI engineers and cross-functional teams. You will ensure on-time, on-scope, and on-budget delivery while maintaining governance and risk management.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management, with experience in Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methods, and familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft 365.

Formación

• 7+ years of project management experience.
• Proven experience delivering complex technology projects.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft 365, and project portfolio management tools.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum certification is an advantage.
• Exposure to AI, cloud, and modern software engineering environments is a plus.
• Experience managing digital transformation initiatives is an advantage.

This is you

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• 7+ years of project management experience
• Proven experience delivering complex technology projects
• Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft 365, and project portfolio management tools
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum certification is an advantage
• Experience managing digital transformation initiatives is an advantage
• Exposure to AI, cloud, and modern software engineering environments is a plus
• Strong leadership skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
• Strategic thinking and strong financial management skills

This is your role

• You will lead the end-to-end delivery of strategic business and technology initiatives, working closely with AI Engineers and cross-functional technical teams
• Lead project execution from initiation through closure, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget
• Establish project governance, milestones, reporting structures, and decision‑making forums
• Manage scope, budget, resources, timelines, and dependencies
• Facilitate executive steering committees and status reviews
• Build strong relationships with business and technology stakeholders, aligning project objectives with organizational goals
• Drive communication plans and change management activities
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks; manage escalations and remove delivery blockers
• Establish KPIs and success metrics, monitor delivery health, and deliver regular executive reporting and portfolio updates
• Act as the central coordinator across business, product, engineering, architecture, security, and operations teams
