Formación

Manage the project throughout its life cycle.
Define resource requirements and coordinate cross-functional teams.
Lead the project governance and manage changes.
Ensure deadlines, budgets and schedules are met; remove blockers and impediments.
Lead project governance, status reports, gates presentations, communications, risk mitigation.
Manage stakeholder communications and relationships; maintain positive team culture.

About the Client

My client is the air transport industry's IT provider, delivering solutions for airlines, airports, aircraft, and governments. Their technology powers more seamless, safe, and sustainable air travel.

They are looking to hire an experienced Project Manager to join on a contract basis for 12 months, with the potential for further extension or a permanent role.

About the Role

Working within a wider team of Project Managers you will lead projects focused on customer billing solutions and Security.

Key Duties

Manage the project throughout its life cycle - from project scoping, planning, to delivery, to transition to operations, and finally project closure ensuring expected outcome to stakeholders and business.
Understand and articulate internal requirements and recommend options (plan, delivery strategy, budget, schedule, risks, etc.) with the input of the required technical experts or contributors.
Define resource requirements and coordinate large and diverse cross functional teams.
Ensure project requirements, deadlines, budgets and schedules are on track.
Anticipate and remove blockers and impediments.
Lead the project governance (status report, gates presentations, communications, risk mitigation process) and manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs as per the existing PMO governance.
Manage project communication and stakeholders’ relationship.
Foster a positive culture in your team: customer centric, a growth and “do it together” mindset.

What we are looking for

IT Project Management experience in medium-to-large scale programs (projects are quite technical)
Background in project governance (budget, scope, timeline, reporting).
Familiarity with cybersecurity programs, compliance requirements, or security governance frameworks.
Proficient in Agile/Hybrid project delivery
Strong stakeholder management and communication — able to work with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
Comfortable managing cross-functional and cross-location teams.
Fluent in English & Spanish
