Ecolab is seeking a Program Manager to oversee the SGS/TWM Projects Portfolio in Bilbao. This role involves ensuring projects align with business goals through effective resource management, project supervision, and leading cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing complex projects within the water treatment sector and possess strong leadership and communication skills.

Formación

• Supervise the execution of the SGS/TWM Projects Portfolio.
• Lead project managers to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Descripción del empleo

• Supervise the Execution SGS / TWM Projects Portfolio, ensuring alignment with business goals and effective resource management.
• Lead Project Managers to complete projects on time, within scope, and budget.
• Ensure project consistency with design received from the Design Team.
• Ensure proper handover of information to the MO Team for operations.
• Develop and maintain a detailed projects portfolio master plan, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and successful execution.
• Identify, mitigate risks, and resolve issues during project lifecycle.
• Communicate project status, progress, and changes to stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to company standards and best practices.
• Monitor project performance, KPIs, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Determine critical requirements from teams and vendors.
• Foster a collaborative team environment, promoting continuous improvement.

Recommended Profile :

• Experience as a Program Manager managing complex projects and developing teams.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and water treatment technologies.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with engineering drawings and project management tools.
• Understanding of safety, environmental legislation, and CE certification.
• Based in Spain, with experience or familiarity with water treatment and plant operation.
