Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and client-oriented Project Manager to join our growing team. The successful candidate will manage moderately large or complex projects, primarily related to the development of drug products, including generic pharmaceuticals. The role involves planning, coordination, and execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities

1. Assist in managing and executing projects related to the development and commercialization of generic drugs.
2. Understand the needs of internal and external customers and align projects with Chemo's strategic guidelines.
3. Coordinate cross-functional teams (R&D, regulatory, clinical, manufacturing, patents, sales) to ensure project timelines, budgets, and objectives are met.
4. Evaluate project characteristics and needs, analyzing processes end to end.
5. Support the creation and maintenance of project schedules, timelines, cost evaluations, and documentation.
6. Prepare project reports, presentations, and updates for senior management and stakeholders.
7. Monitor project progress, identify risks or delays, and develop mitigation or contingency plans.
8. Manage project budgets and address deviations.
9. Establish and maintain systems for communication and control (e.g., registration systems, CRM, BI).
10. Revise project plans, status, and budgets for short- and mid-term business planning.
11. Report deviations from project assumptions to management.
12. Review sales expectations, NPV, and business cases regularly.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• PMP certification is an asset.

Additional Details

• Flexible start time, Monday to Friday, full-time (40 hours).
• Permanent contract.
