Kardex is the market leader in intralogistics automation and automated storage and retrieval equipment. We see a continuous potential to grow our footprint in line with demand from our customers and the growing demand for automation to support businesses as they grow.

For our dedicated Realization team in Madrid, we are recruiting a Project Manager to oversee the entire order process, from Sales handover to final customer acceptance. You will manage the complete delivery process, including hardware and software, with a focus on customer satisfaction, technical accuracy, timelines, and financial outcomes. Your responsibilities include ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and in compliance with project management processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Scheduling and coordinating Kardex deliveries and installation equipment (lifting platform, lift truck, forklift, etc.)
  2. Planning and coordinating internal or external installation resources cost-effectively
  3. Conducting site surveys as needed, organizing installation steps, managing teams, and ensuring site readiness
  4. Verifying work method statements and installation risk assessments
  5. Managing equipment master data (hardware and software configuration)
  6. Validating and approving invoices from partners and external service providers
  7. Managing order changes and claims in coordination with Sales
  8. Exhibiting excellent planning and time management skills, with flexibility to adapt to short-notice planning changes
Requirements:
  • English proficiency at CEFR Level B2 (advanced intermediate)
  • Portuguese language skills are a plus
